Volunteer to Teach English as a Second Language
We are continually recruiting volunteers! There is an application and interview process involved. If an applicant is successful, the next steps are observations of experienced instructors, reference checks and a police information check.
We supply parking or transit tickets, pre-planned lessons, an extensive resource library, and all LEX volunteers receive an initial orientation and have access to various ESL training workshops. You only need to supply the enthusiasm in sharing your knowledge of English and the time.
If you have any questions or want to start the process, download the application form and email it to the LEX Program Coordinator at lexprogram@cci-lex.ca
